Mr. Xu has been the President of  our company for over 15 years. His areas of expertise include operations, project management, estimating, contracting and strategic planning. With over 30 years experience in shipbuilding industry, he has overseen the completion of many large scale projects. In addition, in the last 10 years he has developed a deeper management team and a strategic plan that will assist SpeedHorse in it’s growth and profitability in the coming years.
